Triphala is a Sankrit word which translates to "three fruits". This traditional three fruit Indian blend of Amalaki, Bibhitaki and Haritaki is high in antioxidants and has historically been used for the cleaning and detoxifying of the body whilst simultaneously supporting healthy digestion. Triphala also provides an adventure of flavor as it contains five of the six traditional tastes; sweet, sour, bitter, pungent and astringent.
