Batana Butter is a rare, nutrient-rich butter extracted from the fruit of the Elaeis oleifera palm, native to Central America. Traditionally used by the Miskito people of Honduras, this golden-brown butter is raw and unrefined, preserving its distinctive earthy aroma and full range of nourishing compounds. How to use
