How to use

Herbal tea (powder): Use ½-1 tsp powder per 250 ml freshly boiled water, infuse 5-10 minutes, then strain through a fine mesh or muslin

Tincture: 1:5 (herb:solvent) in 40-50% alcohol; macerate 2-4 weeks, shake occasionally, then strain and bottle

Mouth rinse/gargle: Prepare tea as above, allow to cool, swish briefly, then spit out

Skin rinse/compress: Prepare tea as above, cool fully, apply briefly with clean cotton, then rinse skin

Infused oil (for salves): Combine 1 part powder with 5 parts carrier oil by weight; warm-infuse 2-3 hours or macerate 2-4 weeks, then strain
