How to use coriander seeds
- Herbal Tea (deconcoction): Place 1-2 tsp in 500ml of water. Bring to boil on the stove. Remove from the heat and let is steep for 15-20 mins. Strain and drink hot or cold.
- For consumption/internal-use: About 3g is considered a appropriate daily dose.
- Topical use: For relief from the pain of rheumatism the seeds can be pounded and combined with hot water to make a paste which is then applied to the affected area
Coriander seeds contain
Vitamin A and C, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin K, folic acid, calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium. Small quantities of niacin, vitamin B6, phosphor and zinc.
