How to use
- As a Tea: Use ½ tsp to 1 tsp per 250ml freshly boiled water, infuse 10 to 15 minutes, then strain through fine mesh or muslin.
- As a Steam Inhalation: Add 1 to 2 tsp to a bowl of hot water and inhale gently at a safe distance for a few minutes.
- As a Tincture: Use 1:5 (herb:solvent) in 40% to 50% alcohol, macerate 2 to 4 weeks with occasional shaking, then strain and bottle.
- As a Skin Compress: Prepare tea as above, cool fully, apply briefly to intact skin with clean cotton, then rinse.
- Processing Tip: Strain through muslin or a coffee filter for the smoothest result.
