Black Cumin Seed Powder can be used as a seasoning, added to beverages such as smoothies and juices, brewed as a tea or can be filled in capsules. Black cumin seeds are said to be a cure-all for many conditions, ranging from immune system disorders to muscle pain. It's a also popular for use in DIY skin creams.

Note: The finess (how small the particles are) of a botanical powder very much depends on the botanical in question. Certain botanicals, such as this one, cannot achieve a very fine powder grade. Rest assured however that the product has been ground to as fine a grade as is possible.
