INCI: Taraxacum officinale

Dandelion Root Cut (Taraxacum officinale) is dried root pieces used to make a traditional simmered decoction. The flavour is deeper and more earthy than dandelion herb, making it a popular choice for bitter-style cups and blend making. Root ingredients extract best with gentle heat, so simmering or steeping after boiling is the usual preparation. The cut format measures easily and strains cleanly.

This product is certified: Vegan and Food Grade.
