Q: Why does the blend feel cool or tingly on skin when diluted?
A: Peppermint oil can create a naturally cooling sensation, especially on sensitive areas, so start with a lower dilution if you are new to topical essential oils.

Q: Can I add this blend directly to bath water?
A: No. Essential oils do not mix with water, so they should be first dispersed in a suitable carrier (like a bath oil) to reduce the chance of skin irritation.

Q: Can I use this in a humidifier?
A: Only if your humidifier manufacturer specifically states it is designed for essential oils. Many humidifiers can be damaged by oils.

Q: Will this stain fabric?
A: It can. Avoid direct contact with delicate fabrics and allow any applied oils to absorb fully before touching bedding or clothing.

Q: Can I blend this with other essential oils?
A: Yes. It pairs well with citrus oils, rosemary, and frankincense for a more customised aroma profile.
