Ashwagandha Root has earned the title “The Iconic Adaptogen,” carrying legendary status in Ayurveda and modern science. Used for over 3 000 years – it’s been prized for its ability to strengthen resilience to stress. Known as “Indian Ginseng,” Ashwagandha comes from India, where it has long been valued for enhancing energy, focus, and deep vitality. Todays research show its effectiveness in regulating cortisol, nurturing the nervous system, and boosting cognition, due to compounds like withanolides and alkaloids.
♡ Why we love it: Ashwagandha Root helps calm the mind, improve sleep quality, and sustain physical and mental stamina. It plays a role in balancing reproductive health for all genders, supporting one through hormonal shifts, stress, or exhaustion.
