Escentia Agar Wood Pure Essential Oil

I've had bad experiences with Escentia products before but like an idiot I took a gamble on this. If you know Oudh you've smelled this fake stuff before. It smells like the inside of a violin case; rosin and teak oil. I thought I might just be biased so I actually ran a GC-MS analysis on this stuff. It's mostly fixed vegetable oil with some synthetics. Not pure, not natural, not Oudh. Don't trust this brand.

It has the strong smell of the attars that my grandfathers generation( in the 70’s) preferred.

I'm obsessed with agarwood and although it's pricey, it's worth every drop. I apply a small amount on pulse points instead of perfume and the scent is out of this world. It's very complex and evolves throughout the day from woody to spicy and fruity. It reminds me of Kenzo Jungle but this is on another level. Kenzo jungle is like a Mercedes C63 and agarwood is like a Rolls Royce Phantom! I feel regal when I have this on. Agarwood has an extraordinarily calming effect on the senses and a tiny drop, goes a long way. A definite treat for the senses. I applied it once (diluted with unrefined shea butter) on my 7 year olds forehead and temples when she complained of a headache and she was sorted within an hour!
