daily routines.

Q: Can I use it for massage?
A: Yes, it is often used as a light carrier oil for massage and body oils.

I'm very pleased with how quickly the oil got to me. Good quality product
An amazing oil for skin and hair. Helped restore my hair super fast.
It is a wonderful product and I can see that my skin has improved by using it. However, it is not suitable to use in the day if you want to wear makeup since the oil forms a barrier on your skin (I assume this is the UV protection layer) that does not allow the makeup to stay on your skin for very long. I now use it at night, and my skin loves it. I even use it around my eyes with no issues.
