Nourish your hair, your skin, and completely within with Raw African Sea Moss. Sustainably wild-harvested from the Tanzanian Indian Ocean, this organic sea moss is sun-dried to preserve its full potential. Treasured in Caribbean and African cultures as a tonic drink and strengthening food, its mild flavour was traditionally boiled with milk, spices, or fruit to make nourishing beverages relied on to relieve chest mucus, boost energy and immunity, strengthen bones, build muscle, and support recovery.
♡ Why we love it: Raw African Sea Moss is a true full-spectrum sea vegetable, brimming with antioxidants, amino acids, and vitamins A, C, E, K, and B, plus minerals like iodine, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, selenium, and manganese. These nutrients replenish what’s often missing in modern diets, while carrageenan - the natural gelling agent - supports gut comfort and regularity, alongside compounds linked to thyroid and heart support.
But sea moss doesn’t stop at inner wellness - it’s absolutely loved in skincare and haircare too. In gel form, application couldn’t be easier, delivering vitamins like A, C, and E and minerals that help hydrate, soften, and soothe irritation. Thanks to its natural film-forming properties, it also helps the skin feel firmer and temporarily tighter, while shielding against moisture loss. In haircare, it locks in hydration, strengthens brittle strands, and works beautifully as a natural gel, mask, or cream ingredient.
