PH test strips

I formulated a new face cream and wanted to balance the PH, but the test strips did not react, even when I put it in vinegar. I100g of cream that I could not send out on the order I made it for.

Hi Marelie,
Sometimes cream is too thick for a pH test strip to react to. You may need to mix the cream with a little neutral water and then take a reading.
