Essentially Natural Allantoin is naturally found in plants (e.g. comfrey root) and produced synthetically in the lab to be nature identical for commercial use. It is a white, odorless powder that is often used in skincare and cosmetic products, because of its ability to promote cell regeneration and healthy tissue production.
♡ Why we love it: Allantoin is known for having both anti-inflammatory and skin healing properties, so it actively helps to soften, protect and soothe the skin. Because Allantoin is so gentle, it is often included in lotions, creams and ointments.

Ingredients
Allantoin
White crystalline powder, slightly soluble in water, very soluble in alcohol.
pH: 3.5 - 6.5 (at 0.5% aqueous solution)
Usage: 0.5 - 2%, blend in well in the cool down phase of your formulation.
