Sweet Fennel Essential Oil is a refreshing and invigorating oil with a unique sweet, earthy, and slightly peppery aroma. Extracted from the seeds of the Foeniculum vulgare plant, this essential oil is celebrated for its cleansing, energising, and balancing properties. In aromatherapy, Sweet Fennel Oil is often used to support focus and mental clarity, relieve stress, and encourage a sense of renewal. Its naturally soothing qualities make it popular in massage oils to help ease muscle tension and support digestion when diluted and applied to the abdomen. Sweet Fennel essential oil's diuretic action can also be helpful in dispersing cellulitis. It's an anti-spasmodic and therefore can be helpful in treating bronchitis and whooping cough.
