Honey Powder is a spray-dried honey ingredient carried on a light base for easier handling in cosmetic and pantry-style applications. It offers the moisture-binding feel of honey in a fine, free-flowing powder that dissolves cleanly in water without the stickiness of liquid honey. This is not pure dried honey on its own, but a multi-ingredient powder made with a carrier for better stability and ease of use. It is especially useful in masks, cleansers, bath powders, and selected food or drink recipes where a mild honey note is wanted.
♡ Why we love it: This is one of those brilliantly practical ingredients that gives you the feel-good appeal of honey in a much easier format. It is simple to measure, less messy to work with, and wonderfully versatile across both DIY beauty and pantry creations.
Fun tip: combine it with buttermilk powder for an ultimately luxurious 'honey and milk' bath powder.

Faqs
Q: Is this pure dried honey?
A: No. It is a honey powder made with a light carrier for easier handling, stability, and smooth dissolution.
Q: Can I use this in both skincare and food?
A: Yes. It is described for cosmetic use and is also noted as food safe, though it is not stated to be certified food
grade.
Q: Why does it clump sometimes?
A: Honey powder is hygroscopic, which means it attracts moisture from the air. Keeping it tightly sealed helps
maintain a free-flowing texture.

First time tying powdered honey, I wanted to use it in my body products. I read in the reviews that you can eat it and obsessed is an understatement.
And I love how easy it mixed with thicker liquids. Will definitely be repurchasing.
Can it be consumed
Hello Bridget,
Yes, absolutely: Honey powder is a freeze dried version of pure honey. It's typically used as a natural sweetener or sugar replacement and is a food grade product.
First time with honey powder and so far wow a superb product
