Essentially Natural Black Currant Seed Oil is extracted from the seeds of Black Currant Berries and is rich in vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. This oil is one of the heavier oils that is slow absorbing, thus making it great for dry, or mature skin. In haircare, it helps to strengthen and moisturize the hair, while also promoting scalp health.

How to use black currant seed oil
It can be used neat on the skin, in combination with other skin oils, or in formulations. Black currant seed oil is heat sensitive so avoid heating it if possible and use in the cool down phase of formulations.
Tip: try blending it with faster absorbing oils such as jojoba, argan etc. to help it absorb quicker.
