How to use

Tea (powder): Use ½-1 tsp powder per 250 ml freshly boiled water, infuse 5-10 minutes, then strain through fine mesh or muslin

Tincture: 1:5 (herb:solvent) in 40-50% alcohol; macerate 2-4 weeks, shake occasionally, then strain and bottle

Mouth rinse/gargle: Prepare tea as above, allow to cool, swish or gargle briefly, then spit out
