What You'll Need

Vitamin C
1 teaspoon
One of the most well-studied ingredients in skincare for brightening, helping visibly revive dull-looking skin and support a fresher, more radiant glow with consistent use

Betaine
½ teaspoon
Supports hydration balance, leaving skin feeling softer, bouncier, and more comfortably plump

Buttermilk powder
1 tablespoon
Creates a creamy “milk” texture

How to Make

Combine all ingredients in a 30g tin or jar and mix until evenly blended. This is your Youth Milk base.

How to Use

Guidance

Before each use, give the mixture a quick stir. In a small bowl, mix ½ flat teaspoon of the Youth Milk base with 1 teaspoon of water. Stir until fully dissolved (this may take a minute or two), pour into your hands, give your hands a quick rub and then apply to a clean face.

Make It Yours

  • For Extra, Immediate Plumping:
    Add a sprinkle of hyaluronic acid powder to your Youth Milk base and mix well.
  • For brighter, more even-looking skin:
    Add ½ a teaspoon niacinamide to your base
  • To soothe and support the skin barrier:
    Swap the water for aloe vera liquid gel

Pro Tips & Storage

  • Apply carefully and avoid the hairline - this can get a little sticky if it catches in hair.

  • End your routine with a cream, lotion or balm to lock in hydration and avoid tackiness.

  • This formula contains active ingredients (vitamin C and gentle exfoliating acids), so you may feel a light tingling on application. If your skin is sensitive, we recommend patch-testing, starting with a smaller amount or using it less frequently.

  • We recommend using this in your evening routine and applying SPF during the day.

  • Use after cleansing and toner.
