How to use

Culinary: Start with ¼ to ½ tsp per serving in rubs, dressings, sauces or batters; adjust to taste

Pickling: Add ½ to 1 tsp per 500 ml brine for a classic mustard note

Bath soak: Mix 1 to 2 tbsp powder with 1 cup Epsom salts, dissolve in warm bath water and soak briefly
