Pure L-ascorbic acid: white / almost white crystalline powder.

  • 1/4 tsp = 1g or 1000mg Vitamin C dose
  • Sprinkle vitamin C powder slowly into water under constant stirring to assure that everything dissolves completely.
  • In cosmetics and DIY, add to water phase of formula, usual final concentration 0.5-10 %. Should be formulated at pH 4-5 for best results.
  • Applications: Lotions, creams, sun care and after sun products, shampoos, makeup products.
