Essentially Natural Carotene Extract is a specialty oil-based extract of active carotenoid compounds suspended in sunflower oil. It has a naturally orange to red colour with a subtle earthy, carrot-like aroma and is commonly used as a provitamin A style active in skin and scalp care formulations.
