Great quality

I use this oil in a muscle rub blend that I make. It penetrates deeply into skin and creates a lovely cooling effect. It also works really well in an insect spray recipe. Bugs can't stand it.

My Favourite Oil

I use peppermint EVERYWHERE...On mosquito bites to reduce swelling. Headache relief. In diffuser blends. DIY surface spray in the kitchen (few drops mixed into water, tea tree hydrosol and lemon oil). DIY Deodorizer just by adding a few drops on cotton wool placed in cupboards, under car seats etc. it leaves the space smelling great. Even used this on cotton wool in my sons sports bag and shoes :) to avoid those stinky teenager smells LOL.
