Essentially Natural Saliguard SP is an easy-to-use liquid preservative for water-based creams, lotions, cleansers, shampoos and gels. Its blend of potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate helps protect suitable acidic formulas against bacteria, yeasts and moulds. The water-soluble liquid format is simple to measure and incorporate, making it a practical option for small-batch makers working with lower-pH products.
♡ Why we love it: We choose to offer Saliguard SP because it brings two familiar preservative ingredients together in a convenient liquid form. It is especially useful when a straightforward preservation option is needed for acidic, water-containing personal-care products.
