How to use
- As a Diffuser Oil: Add 1 to 3 drops in a diffuser for 20 to 30 minutes, then pause before repeating.
- As a Body Oil Blend: Keep very low, for example 0.2% to 0.5% total essential oils in a suitable carrier, then patch test before wider use.
- As a Facial Product Add-In: Avoid facial use, or keep total essential oils below 0.2% in suitable bases and patch test first.
- As a Steam-Style Routine: Add 1 drop to a bowl of hot water and inhale gently with eyes closed.
- As a Room Spray: Combine with a suitable solubiliser before adding to purified water, then shake before each use.
- Processing Tip: Balance with sweet orange and a soft wood note for rounded warmth.
