How to use
- Herbal tea (powder): Use ½-1 tsp per 250 ml freshly boiled water, infuse 5-10 minutes, then strain through fine mesh or muslin

- Culinary: Start with ¼-½ tsp in syrups, batters or creams; adjust to taste
- Bath salts: Mix 1-2 tbsp powder with 1 cup Epsom salts; dissolve in warm bath water and soak briefly
- Sachets: Spoon powder into small muslin bags, tie and place in drawers or linen cupboards; refresh monthly
- Toner/room spray: Prepare tea as above, cool fully and strain very well; use promptly and refrigerate any remainder
