Rich in antioxidants, and a rich source of amino acids, gotu kola is regarded as a brain booster. There's evidence that Centella asiatica can help revitalize the skin's protective barrier, plus it may mitigate some of the visible effects of sun damage.

Gotu kola tea
- Pour 150ml of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of herb. Allow to stand for 10 – 15 min. Strain and drink 3 times a day.
