Astragalus root (Astragalus Membranaceus) is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb that is commonly used to boost the immune system and promote healing. It is used in various forms such as capsules, teas, and tinctures. It is believed Astragalus Root helps to increase the production of white blood cells and activate immune cells, and it also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. its commonly used in modern medicine as a natural remedy for colds, flu and upper respiratory tract infections.
