Aloe oil is wonderful for your skin with its skin softening and rejuvenating properties. Aloe contains a host of beneficial compounds and has anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as being an excellent moisturiser and scar treatment. It is hypoallergenic with approximately the same pH balance as the skin. However, please take care: some people do have an allergy to aloe, and a skin patch-test is therefore recommended.
