Pearl Lustre Mica Powder - Lavender is a synthetic pearlescent mica powder used to add a soft purple shimmer to cosmetic and personal care products. It works well in soaps, bath bombs, makeup, lotions, and other formulations where a luminous finish is preferred over a flat colour effect. While it can tint water, it is not water soluble, so it performs best when dispersed properly in the formulation base. This shade is especially well suited to floral, dreamy, spa-inspired, and pastel colour palettes.
♡ Why we love it: Lavender brings a gentle, polished shimmer that feels calm and elegant without being dull. It is a lovely option for makers who want colour with softness and light play, especially in products designed to feel indulgent or beautifully finished.

Faqs
Q: Will Lavender look the same in every formulation?
A: Not always. The final appearance can vary depending on the base colour, usage rate, and how well the mica is
dispersed.
Q: Can I use this in melt & pour soap?
A: Yes, it is suitable for melt & pour soap as well as cold process and hot process soap.
Q: Do I need to pre-mix it before use?
A: In many formulations, yes. Pre-mixing with a little oil can help improve dispersion and reduce speckling.

The mica powder is a must for hand bar that I make. It just gives an extra wow to the bars.
Love to add it to the product.
I don't like it.....I love-e, love-e, love-e it!!!!!
The color is sooo beautiful and you don't have to use a lot for it to color everything!! Just watch out for lumps, mix well with a little bit of whatever your making and then mix well with the rest!!
I got way more than I expected, the size is bigger and the pigment is strong and colors my soaps just right. I can’t wait to experiment with other shimmering colors.
