    Dried Parsley Leaves Cut (Petroselinum crispum), often used as a garnish, this popular herb has a wide variety of uses and health benefits, especially as a cleansing tea.

    • This product is grown in an organic and regenerative fashion with as minimal use of insecticides, pesticides, herbicides and fungicides as possible, in certified organic fertilizer. The product is certified food grade. It is not certified organic. Suitable for Kosher, Halaal and Hindi diets.


      • Parsley tea's diuretic action may help flush out harmful and toxic elements that cause inflammation and infections
      • This tea may be used as a form of treatment for arthritis and rheumatism, flushing out liquid deposits and reducing swelling of joints
      • May also prevent water retention and help reduce cellulite by reducing excessive fluid in tissues
      • Drinking this tea may treat mild kidney ailments and bladder infection, known as cystitis
      • May prove helpful for the liver
      • May improve your skin, making it look fresh and healthier
      • Reduces acid reflux and stomach spams and cramps
      • Parsley tea promotes better digestion
      • May help to promote hormonal balance that is essential for a healthy reproductive system
      • May work as a uterine tonic, helping to regulating your menstrual cycle


      AS A TEA

      • Use about 2-4 teaspoons of the herb per cup of water
      • Let your tea steep for 5 to 10 minutes
      • You can sweetened the tea with honey and/or add a bit of zest with a squeeze of lemon juice



      • Although parsley tea is generally safe, if you have high blood pressure it's best to avoid drinking parsley tea
      • Always stay within the recommended dosage, as too much may cause anaemia, kidney or liver problems
      • When applying the infusion on your skin, make sure to test it on a small area first as you may be sensitive to it and develop an allergic reaction in the form of a rash or a more serious skin irritation
      • Taking this tea regularly could cause your blood sugar levels to drop, so if you have diabetes, make sure to properly monitor your sugar levels and seek the advice of your doctor.
      • Not to be used during pregnancy breastfeeding
      • If you have a history of kidney inflammatory disease, then you should avoid drinking this tea as the oxalic acid present in the herb may promote the formation of kidney stones
      • The tea is only advisable for mild conditions
      • If you are taking medication for blood clotting or any other forms of diuretic drugs, then do not take parsley tea as it may interfere, enhancing or hindering, the effects of these medications
      • If you are unsure about this herbal tea, you should talk to your doctor and then start off with a small amount of tea per day.

        Please remember: our couriers can only deliver to street addresses and they do not deliver to embassies, malls and chain stores, plots, farms, mines and to some outlying towns and townships. If our couriers can't deliver to your address we'll contact you to make alternative arrangements. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. 

        One of our courier partners – The Courier Guy, CourierIt, Dawn Wing Express or FastWay - will deliver to your physical address, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If you are at a business address during working hours then please register these details for your courier delivery unless someone is at home to sign for your parcel.

        If you live in a main city centre then approximate shipping time is 1-3 working days, nationwide. If you live in an outlying area delivery may take up to 7 working days. The shipping time of heavy goods, bulk purchases and to regional areas is generally 3-5 working days.

        *Late Deliveries

        Unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, load shedding, hijacking, strikes or supplier issues could prolong the delivery time. It's rare, but it can happen. Late delivery is not grounds for refund or cancellation of already shipped orders but if you are in any way concerned about the current location of your parcel and ETA of delivery, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up for you.
