Find deep relaxation, grounding, and gentle digestive support with mugwort. Also known as St Johns wort, Mugwort is native to Europe, Asia, and North Africa, with a long history in Chinese, Japanese, and European herbal traditions. It was used to ease monthly discomfort in women, warm a sluggish digestion, support circulation, and, in folklore, encourage vivid dreaming and a sense of protection.
♡ Why we love it: Mugwort is rich in stimulating volatile oils (cineole, thujone, camphor, borneol), antioxidants, digestive-supporting bitters, tannins, and soothing coumarins. This makes it beautifully versatile: enjoyed as a tea, added to grounding baths, used in relaxing smoke blends, or gently warmed over acupressure points.
In skincare, mugwort is a rising favourite - especially in Korean beauty - for its calming, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant touch. It helps settle redness, balance reactive or oily areas, and lightly refine the skin, making it ideal for sensitive and stressed skin.
Size: 75g.
