Find deep calm, grounding, and gentle digestive comfort with mugwort. Sometimes referred to as St John’s wort in older folklore, Mugwort is native to Europe, Asia, and North Africa, with a long history in Chinese, Japanese, and European herbal traditions. Traditionally, it was used to ease monthly discomfort, warm sluggish digestion, support circulation, and, in ancient traditions it was used to promote vivid dreaming and a sense of energetic protection.
♡ Why we love it: Mugwort is rich in stimulating volatile oils like cineole, thujone, camphor, and borneol, along with antioxidants, digestive bitters, tannins, and soothing coumarins. This gives it beautiful versatility: sipped as a tea, enjoyed in grounding baths, added to calming smoke blends, or gently warmed for acupressure-style rituals.
In skincare, mugwort is increasingly popular - especially in Korean beauty - thanks to its calming, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant qualities. It helps soothe redness, balance reactive or oily spots, and lightly refine the skin’s texture, making it ideal for sensitive or stressed skin.
Sizes: 200g, 500g or 1kg.
