For the Heart Chakra (Anahata) you need to choose essential oils that are positively related with loving and caring; such as jasmine, melissa, rose and rosewood. Jasmine is one of the expensive essential oils (though still more affordable than rose), but it has the ability balance the whole person by lifting the burden of worries and allowing you to truly live in the present.
To lift the spirits choose one of the citrus oils; bergamot, lemon, lime, neroli, sweet orange, or you can choose a readymade blend such as Essentially Natural’s Spirit Lifter. To help heal a grieving heart choose an oil like Myrrh that can bring calm, ease sorrow and avoid miscommunication.

This jasmine blend contains a percentage of Jasmine standard oil* in a base of Jojoba carrier oil.
Certain industries, and very large users, require material which is standardised so that the balance of chemical constituents is maintained, as well as the odour profile, which can easily differ seasonally and due to differing weather conditions. An oil may therefore be rectified by adding certain natural and/or nature identical aromatic ingredients, to maintain standards required by food, pharmaceutical, dental and beverage industries. This class is, however, not necessarily inferior in quality or efficacy.

About Standardised Essential Oils
Standardised essential oils are produced to achieve a standard scent, whereas a single species essential oil may vary in scent because it is an individual plant species that can naturally vary with season, rainfall, soil quality, geography and a variety of other factors. Standardising the scent by combining multiple species is a method of producing an oil that will always be similar in quality. Standardised oils can therefore be quite beneficial when scent reliability is required.
Standardised essential oils are pure essential oils which have not been diluted, filled or altered in any way. The only differentiating factor between standardised essential oils and others is that multiple variations of plant species are distilled.
