Dried Echinacea Root is known as an immune system stimulant that helps fight infections.

Size: 50g.

This product is certified: Vegan and Food Grade.

Also available in large pack sizes.
  • Contains vitamins A, B-complex and E, as well as minerals calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium and sodium
  • Can help treat bronchial infections, ear infection, hay fever, asthma, sinusitis, sore throats and laryngitis
  • Add 1 or 2 heaped teaspoons of Echinacea root for each cup of tea required, into a teapot
  • Pour boiling the water over the tea
  • Cover and leave to infuse for 8-10 minutes.
  • Strain and serve
  • Add a little honey or freshly squeezed lemon (even slice of ginger root) to add an extra flavour and more health benefits
  • Best to avoid it while pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Not recommended for young children (under 10 years)
