Commonly known as “The Lung Herb,” Mullein Leaves are one of the best botanicals you can reach for when your chest needs support. A familiar staple across European herbalism, American folk remedies, and African traditional medicine. It's most commonly enjoyed as a tea, but for those who aren’t fond of the taste, it’s often used in herbal steams to help relieve chest congestion.
In modern herbal studies, Mullein has shown benefits for dry coughs, asthma, bronchitis, and even what some call "smoker’s lungs."
♡ Why we love it: Mullein Leaves are full of active compounds that make it a go-to for gentle, effective relief. Mucilage helps soothe irritated mucous membranes, saponins work to loosen phlegm, while flavonoids provide anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits - and tannins add a mild astringent effect. Together, these support respiratory health, calm the body after illness, and even assist with lymphatic drainage. Topically, Mullein Leaf extracts can be soothing for skin irritation, burns, and swelling - making it a great multitasker for both inside and out.

Great quality product, from a medicinal perspective this product has made a huge difference to my natural smoke
I am happy with this herbal product; I even recommended it to my colleagues. I have done a purchase for my grandfather; he is so happy as well he already feels a huge difference with her lungs problem and with so many years he was smoking and phlegm congestion was bothering him for most of his past years, and he was once diagnosed with TB 4-5 years back he wishes he had knew about this product.
This product has been great thus far. Had flu and also asthmatic, but now I feel great
