Dried Liquorice Root Cut cleanses the colon, making it helpful for constipation and IBS. It is said to be beneficial for allergies, asthma, chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, emphysema, enlarged prostate, premenstrual syndrome and menopausal symptoms.

As a tea
½ -1 tsp in 1 cup of water, bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 min and drink 3 times per day.
