Rich in antioxidants, and a rich source of amino acids, gotu kola is regarded as a brain booster. There's evidence that Centella asiatica can help revitalize the skin's protective barrier, plus it may mitigate some of the visible effects of sun damage.

Gotu kola tea
- Pour 150ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of powdered herb. Allow to stand for 10 – 15 min. Strain and drink 3 times a day.

- Do not use when pregnant, breastfeeding
- Do not use with other tranquillizers or sedatives
- Do not use if you have an overactive thyroid
- It can cause depression in well-adjusted individuals
