Fenugreek Seeds are whole Trigonella foenum-graecum seeds with a warming, curry-spice aroma and a bittersweet flavour that becomes more rounded when toasted or simmered. They are widely used in savoury cooking and can also be simmered into traditional-style decoctions. The seeds can be crushed for stronger flavour release or sprouted for a fresh, nutty addition to salads. Whole seeds store well when kept sealed and dry.
