INCI: Sambucus nigra

Elderberries are dried Sambucus nigra berries used in simmered teas, syrups, compotes, and other berry-forward kitchen projects. When heated, they develop a deep colour and a rich tangy flavour that pairs especially well with warming spices and citrus. This smaller pack is well suited to trial batches, seasonal pantry making, and home use where a large bulk size is not needed. The berries are typically strained after simmering for a smoother result.

♡ Why we love it: We choose to stock Elderberries because they bring bold colour, full berry character, and plenty of versatility to small-batch kitchen projects. They are especially useful for home makers who want to experiment with decoctions, syrups, and seasonal blends without committing to a bulk pack.

This product is certified: Vegan and Food Grade.

Also available in large pack sizes.
