INCI: Viburnum opulus bark

Cramp Bark (Viburnum opulus) is a dried bark traditionally prepared as a simmered decoction. It has a mild, woody profile that blends easily with other calming herbs and does not overpower a cup. In traditional herbal practice, it is often included in comfort-focused routines for times of muscular tension, including monthly cycle support. The bark format is best suited to gentle simmering and straining for a classic preparation.

This product is certified: Vegan and Food Grade.

Also available in large pack sizes.

Q: What does cramp bark taste like?
A: Mild and woody with a slightly astringent finish, often softened by blending.

Q: Can this be used externally?
A: Yes. A cooled, strained decoction is commonly used in brief compress routines on intact skin.
