Description

USES & BENEFITS

  • It is a mucilaginous and therefore sedates dry coughs and also gastric inflammation

HOW TO USE

As a decoction, place 0.30g herbs in cold water for 15 min, boil for 10 – 15 min in 3 litres of water or milk. Strain and drink a cup at a time.
