I was looking for Wheatgerm oil for ingesting purposes that also complies to the recommended daily intake for adults, which are scarce in South Africa. I called Umuthi directly to confirm whether it is safe to use internally, it was confirmed that if the oil looks golden brown and not pink then its safe for ingesting. The one delivered by Essentially Natural was golden brown. This product has served its purpose exactly as I needed it to.
