It is also important to note that the Nautica Organics Origanum Essential Oil is not a certified food-grade or flavour-grade product. We do stock a Food Grade option but this is a separate product and will be listed as Food grade.

How do you use Origanum Essential Oil for detoxing?

Generally, for detox support you could either:
- Add a drop to a bowl of steaming water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale deeply to support respiratory detox.
- Dilute very well (max 1% dilution) in a carrier oil and massage onto the soles of your feet or lymphatic areas to promote circulation.

We do not advise the ingestion of our Essential Oils.
