Bakuchiol oil is carefully cold pressed from the seeds of the Psoralea corylifolia plant, a highly popular botanical in both Indian and Chinese traditional medicine.
Bakuchiol is a component similar to retinol, and scientifically proven to have results comparable to retinol with regards to anti aging, and improving the appearance of pigmentation and wrinkles. However, it is more gentle than retinol (it has emollient properties that help keep the skin hydrated and nourished), making it an ideal choice for those with sensitive skins.
Bakuchiol oil can be easily incorporated into skincare routines and used in combination with other products. It works well with ingredients like hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and niacinamide, enhancing their effects on the skin.
