Ouch!!

So dissapointed with this cream. I developed a horrific red rash and burning literally within seconds of applying it to my face. I think you should put a warning on the website that it is not suitable for sensitive skin.

Concerned

I bought this cream recently,love how fluffy it is but it has a funny musky smell,like old oil- oil that's not fresh,is this normal or should I throw it away? I can smell the essential oils I added to it not it leaves a slightly musky scent..

Hi Abby, it is likely just the scent of one of the oils contained in the cream - some unrefined oils do have 'interesting' scents which can come through in the final product.

The cream definitely isn't old as we have a high turn over of this product, so it is guaranteed to always be fresh.

Severe allergic reaction

Although I like the consistency of the product and the way it feels on the skin, I had a SEVERE allergic reaction within one minute from applying it. I still would recommend this product but definitely not to people with sensitive skin types.

Beware the preservatives

Please note the preservatives in this base if you have sensitive skin...I had an allergic reaction within 1 minute of putting it on my face. The Nautica base works really well on my skin .

Love this cream

I love this natural, smooth, chemical-free cream which I use as a base to make my own body cream. I mix almond, jojoba, and rosehip oils into it and whatever smells I want in for the season - usually cedar or sandalwood for a natural woody smell. The best base cream I've used so far.

LOVE this - no chemicals, no alcohol etc. I use this if I'm staying indoors and know I'm not going outside so I don't need my factor 50 face cream (as that is pricey) so this is an affordable, clean, natural cream to use on your face or body (I also mix in some oil before putting it on) I change between rose hip and jojoba. Love it. Also I must say - the delivery of all my products was great - perfectly packaged and great customer service. Thank you - will definitely be using you for the rest of my life
