How to use
- As a Facial Cleanser Exfoliant: Add 1–3% for mild, daily-use style exfoliation in rinse-off products.
- As a Body Wash Or Scrub Bead: Add 2–5% for a more noticeable polishing effect in shower products.
- As a Liquid Hand Soap Additive: Add 1–3% and ensure the base is thick enough to keep beads suspended.
- As a Soap Additive: Add 1–5%, then pour and set with adequate viscosity to help reduce bead settling.
- Processing Tip: For best bead integrity, stir in during cool-down once the base is uniform, and avoid excessive high-shear mixing that can damage the spheres.
- Processing Tip: Ensure your formula has enough viscosity or a suitable suspension system to prevent beads from settling over time.

Faqs
Q: Are these the same as plastic microbeads?
A: No, these are biodegradable jojoba-based beads designed as an alternative to polyethylene scrub beads.
Q: Will the beads dissolve in water?
A: No, they are insoluble in water and remain as beads in the product until rinsed away.
Q: Can I use them in warm formulations?
A: Yes, they have a higher melting point than many wax spheres, but it is still best to add them during cool-down to preserve bead shape.
Q: Why do my beads sink in a liquid cleanser?
A: The base may be too thin, increasing viscosity or using a suitable suspending system helps keep beads evenly distributed.
Q: Are they suitable for facial products?
A: Yes, at lower usage levels they can provide gentle facial exfoliation, but sensitive skin types should start with a very mild level and avoid frequent use.

Added it to my body wash and face wash gel. Been using for a week now ,I can see improvement in my skin texture on my arms already and my skin is clearing up.
I add these little nuggets of goodness to my face wash and it works wonders. It is gentle enough to use over your lips and eyes. It preps my skin for mask time and makes my facial oil absorb deeply into my skin. It's good for the environment which is a big plus in my books.
I love this product in my facial scrub. It leaves my face feeling refreshed, soft and smooth
