Dried hibiscus flowers are traditionally used in making teas but they also add a beautiful floral touch to soups and breads, for example (you can mix them into bread dough before baking). You can use infused hibiscus to make your own beneficial hair and skin rinses and face masks and they're a popular natural colourant in many DIY products. They also make lovely decorations for table settings, homemade cards, gifts and the like.
Size: 100g.

Love this for adding to my tea blends, super healthy and this is an affordable option
It's great for teas and kombucha. I especially enjoy the health benefits
My reason for buying hibiscus tea was to lower my blood pressure. I haven't verified this yet. What I can confirm is that hibiscus tea is an excellent aid for digestion. It's also a great sleep aid. Love it!💖 I sleep like a baby.
I enjoy hibiscus as a hot or chilled tea. I also use hibiscus tea in my smoothies instead of milk, coconut water or plain water.
It's sweet yet tarty taste is perfect for me. I don't need it sweetened.
Next, I'll check on the blood pressure control. Looking forward to making hibiscus dried flowers a permanent fixture in my diet. 😘
