Good Life Organic Amalaki Fruit Powder is a single-ingredient botanical powder made from organic amalaki fruit, also known as amla or Indian gooseberry. It is commonly used in traditional herbal routines and can be mixed into warm water as a simple daily botanical drink. This is a powdered fruit ingredient, not a flavoured drink mix or capsule supplement, so it is best suited to people who prefer a more direct, minimal format. Its organic, additive-free profile makes it a straightforward pantry-style herbal staple.
♡ Why we love it: Amalaki is one of those traditional botanicals that feels simple, practical, and easy to work into a routine. We especially like that this version keeps the ingredient list clean and uncomplicated, with no unnecessary extras.

Faqs
Q: Is amalaki the same as amla?
A: Yes. Amalaki is also commonly known as amla or Indian gooseberry.
Q: How do I take it?
A: Mix ¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water once or twice daily, or use as directed by your health practitioner.

I just want to know how do you use it on your hair?
Hi Yolanda, my favourite way to use it is to first make a 'tea'/infusion with it and then using that to rinse your hair with, or incorporate into a mask or shampoo. You can also mix it into a paste and then use that as a mask, leave in for an hour then rinse out.
There are lots of variations, and you can also mix it with different things such as aloe, ACV, hydrolyzed proteins, etc to maximise the benefits.
This makes my 4b hair pop and adds loads of volume. I also used it for my skin and let me tell it made it super soft and glowy. Will be a regular purchase for sure.
The first time I bought this powder it was smooth and didn't have any of those little particles. Second batch not so much but still okay
