Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) is native to Siberia and other parts of Asia. It has been traditionally used in herbal medicine to increase stamina, improve resilience to stress, and enhance overall vitality. Siberian ginseng contains active compounds called eleutherosides, which are believed to contribute to its adaptogenic properties.
Dried Siberian Ginseng Root can be use as a general tonic that stimulates the nervous and immune system. It can be used as a herbal tea or the root can be chewed.

How to use
As a tea: ½ a teaspoonful in a cup of water, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Drink 3 times a day. The root may also be chewed.
